talk hot rods takes on the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Kickoff Rallye on July 8th
I am so excited that my wife Linda and I will take part in the very first event of the 2012 30th Anniversary PVGP. The Rallye will be a way for us to help the PVGP and get the word out about the premiere automotive event in western PA. Linda is approaching the race as if it’s “The Amazing Race.” I am approaching it as if it’s “The Great Race” and I am Professor Fate!
Please tell your family and friends to support the Grand Prix this year. Just head to PVGP’s website for all the info.
Also taking part in the 2012 Rallye’s celebrity class are the perennial favorites JW and Greg Joseph from The Clarks and Russ Rose, “The Whipping Boy,” from WXDX 105.9.
New this year to the Rallye will be Pittsburgh Ambassador Jimmy Krenn and his wife Hedy. It’s great to have them with us as we look forward to Jimmy’s next adventure in radio. Jimmy may have news for you at the event.
These are just a few of the teams that we know we will have to beat. Ted Sohier is overdue for a win.
Again, if you want to have fun and help a great cause, please support the 30th Anniversary of the 2012 PVGP with us all this July.
Thanks Doc, I feel better already. Be careful in the hot rod.

Your ’54 MG lives on with the Flashlight Drags. I don’t think the Grand Prix folks realize how cool your car is.
