I am having trouble keeping up with Bill Steele at his Kustom Shop. He and his crew, including newest member Matt Ater, are making an incredible amount of progress. So much is going on that Bill had to move his fabrication area to a new building. With the move comes the ability to do more work in one area.

Please take a look at the photos [Bill Steele's "Bagger" Update July 26, 2011]. You will see just how much has been done and a lot of the work will never be seen. That doesn’t stop Bill from crafting all the parts with precision and artful styling. This bike will set a new standard when it comes to the world of Baggers.

Bill Steele's "Bagger"

The next time I stop by to see Bill, Sandy and the crew, I will record another podcast so that Bill can bring us up-to-date on his work and ideas. It’s always a total blast to be at Steele Kustoms in Oakdale, PA. My only wish is that I had the talent to work there!

Speaking of talent, Bill is a master when it comes to picking just the right colors and mixing them like a wizard. Bill has spoken to me in confidence about his ideas of color for the Bagger. I am good at keeping secrets, but I can’t wait for Bill to tell you his choices and the thought behind them.

Please stay tuned for the next update and podcast with Bill Steele as we follow his journey through the creative process that will result in yet another stunning bike from Steele Kustoms. Believe me there is a lot more to come!

Thanks Doc, I feel better already. Be careful in the hot rod.
